As a Sr. Principal Supplier Performance Specialist located onsite in Dulles, VA, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in supply chain, contracts, and/or supplier performance experience.
  • Or in lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, and/or supplier performance.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of time.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier Performance Management to ensure the supplier provides a quality product, delivers on time to the contractual need date, and tracks delivery of hardware from award through green tag.
  • Coordinate, attend and lead all Supplier Meetings as it relates to non-contractual direction.
  • Facilitate the MRB/FRB activities with Suppliers.
  • Work with supplier to develop a recovery plan if a supplier is late on delivery.
  • Provide weekly program status based on supplier’s components, including attending internal program status meetings.
  • Manage Subcontract Data Requirement List (SDRL), including tracking of due SDRLs from suppliers, receipt, disposition and communication of disposition with supplier.
  • Review Supplier’s Statement of Work (SOW) Development and Identification of alternative sources.
  • Provide quarterly supplier scorecards to suppliers, including discussions/mitigation plan for any late deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal technical team to resolve supplier issues.
  • Coordinate with Subcontract Administrator for any negotiations and/or contractual modifications.
  • Responsible for Supplier On Time Delivery (OTD) metric.
  • Conduct onsite visits to Northrop Grumman supplier sites based on business needs.
