About The Position

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. The successful candidate will work closely with sales to support RF technical campaigns in the Northeast US region and will be well versed in the following areas: Use of Cadence AWR Design Environment or competitive tools for RF/microwave design. Electro-magnetic, linear, harmonic balance, and time domain simulation and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• Minimum of 10 years of recent RF design experience
• Ability to anticipate technical challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to technically lead on a wide range of customer engagements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Cadence R&D, Product Engineering, Marketing and customers.
• Open to continuous learning and development.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE)
• MMIC, RFIC, and/or antenna design experience
• Comfortable working in Linux environment
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as distributed architectures.
