About The Position

The Sr. Principal - Revenue Program Management (Tech Referral) is a strategic position focused on expanding the Kinetic Broadband referral program and driving effective project management initiatives. This role offers significant C-suite level exposure, requiring a dynamic leader who can collaborate across executive teams and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Extensive experience in program or project management, preferably with exposure to referral programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level.
Proven ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail.
College degree and 12+ years professional level experience with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or 16+ years professional level related experience with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
Ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales experience (a plus but not required).
Background in the broadband, telecommunications, or related technology industries.
Track record of successfully scaling referral or incentive-based programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the growth and optimization of the Kinetic Broadband referral program.
Oversee complex projects, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
Engage with C-suite executives to align program strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate progress and outcomes.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and a “scrappy” approach to problem-solving and innovation.
