Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these. As a Sr Principal Program Manager, Process Excellence, you will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination across multiple initiatives. In this role, you will be working with team members at all levels of the organization as well as dedicated transformation teams within the Center for Process Excellence. The role will require you to demonstrate your program management, change management, and process leadership skills, combined with curiosity and understanding of different business domains, to ensure focused and coordinated execution of the initiatives. This position is ideally suited for a highly organized and strategic program manager comfortable in a dynamic environment, with a strong command of conceptual and analytical problem solving related to strategy, organizational design, roles, processes, technology, and metrics.
