The Senior Principal Microelectronics Product Engineer at Raytheon plays a crucial role in the process development and integration engineering team within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. This position is responsible for leading product and process integration activities related to GaAs PHEMT process technologies, ensuring the successful processing of compound semiconductor wafers to produce integrated circuits that meet performance, yield, and cost requirements for various customers, including the Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of microelectronics product performance and device physics to drive improvements in product yields and performance variation, while also engaging with customers to support next-generation applications.
