As a part of the LatAm Digital Sales team you will be responsible for selling advertising space on the business's e-commerce and/or affiliated web pages to merchants/companies. The right candidate will serves as a key point of contact between the client and the organization, understanding the marketing needs of clients and presenting the benefits and features of product offerings. You will recommend appropriate sizes and customized formats for digital advertising to meet client's needs that will help promote our products and services in the most effective way, prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts. SUMMARY: The individual will serve as a key driver of digital transformation, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and strategic solutions to accelerate business growth. This role is responsible for driving the adoption of digital solutions and onboarding of consumers into our digital ecosystem in the region. As the subject matter expert, leads all digital growth initiatives across the region, including Nintendo eShops, pan-regional Nintendo brand stores, Nintendo Switch Online subscription services, as well as physical and digital point of sale activation cash and content.

  • Drives business strategy and execution for Digital Sales across internal departments with teams such as IT, Finance, Legal, Sales Planning and Analysis, Publisher and Developer Relations, and eShop teams.
  • Provides internal consultation, thought-leadership, and strategic guidance on digital content business objectives at priority retailers.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Advertising, and Online Marketing teams to develop marketing plans to drive eShop, awareness, visitation and conversion
  • Drives launch and growth strategy.
  • Defines and ensures operational best practices to ensure quality experience of all digital initiatives
  • Initiates, plans and executes digital business strategies aligned with overall commercial goals
  • Leads the strategy and operational execution for thematic Nintendo marketing promotions at retail.
  • Establish and manage goals, objectives and metrics for the function by identifying growth opportunities through data analysis, and market insights
  • Ensures an integrated approach that connects digital initiatives across distributors, merchants, retailers, and brand priorities for unified execution
  • Plays an integral part in formulating and supporting the development and implementation of the Acceleration of Digital Adoption initiative within the region as part of the bigger corporate plan
  • Contributes toward strategy and execution of annual roadmap, objectives, and goal (forecasting, retail promotional planning, % sales growth, etc.).
  • Owns, manages, and executes key functional areas (merchandising, marketing, operations, analysis, innovation, etc.) for Nintendo's growing point of sale activation (POSA) cash and content.
  • Leads the digital sales and marketing strategy and provides operational execution and maintenance for Nintendo's digital content at retail.
  • Leads regional launch programs for new digital-only content (e.g. Nintendo Switch Online, digital-only, and DLC content), including strategies, messaging, branding and execution across retailer partners.
  • Works as liaison between NLA and Nintendo.com team to manage online store selection, merchandising, and pricing.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience.
  • Experience and proven effectiveness as a trusted and influential consultative partner to senior and executive leadership.
  • Ability to independently solve ambiguous and complex problems with broad business impact.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing obligations.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Marketing experience in relevant market/country
  • Bilingual skills (verbal and written) in relevant language(s)
  • MBA preferred.
  • This position includes a base salary range of $140,900 - $253,600 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
