About The Position

The Sr. Principal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) at Northrop Grumman is responsible for managing and executing collective intelligence training for the Army National Guard's Mission Command Training Support Program. This role involves integrating various intelligence systems to enhance training effectiveness and providing expert instruction to military leaders and soldiers. The position requires a strong background in intelligence operations and the ability to develop dynamic training scenarios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence analyst or primary staff member at the Brigade, Division or Corps level, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Experience serving in roles such as Brigade level or higher S2/G2, Divisional or higher-level ACE Chief, or Division level all-source intelligence warrant officer or senior NCO.
  • Current U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Current counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph (CSP) with all mandatory oversight training.
  • Experience working in the Intelligence Warfighting Function, including all-source intelligence and information collection management operations.
  • Capable of obtaining SIPRNET and JWICS accounts within 90 days and maintaining these accounts.
  • DoD IAT level I (A+, NET+).

  • Possesses a National Security Agency Network (NSAnet) account.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as Intelligence Warfighting Function Collective Trainer and manages IEWTPT operations on-site.
  • Plans and executes collective intelligence training, integrating intelligence systems to maximize training value.
  • Provides expertise in the development, execution, and assessment of tailored simulation-stimulated training scenarios.
  • Leverages knowledge of Army Mission Command Information Systems and their integration within command posts.
  • Provides introductory, pre-exercise, over-the-shoulder, and guided instruction to leaders and their Soldiers.
