About The Position
The position reports directly to the Clear Lake Technical Manager and provides technical assistance for plant operations. It requires direct interaction with other departmental managers, staff positions, and the R&D organization to exchange information and ideas related to the success of the plant and the Acrylics business unit. The position has no direct reports nor a designated backup in the organization and helps the technical manager support the development of the engineers within the technical organization.
