About The Position

Miraclon is looking for a Senior Pricing & Business Insights Analyst to join our Worldwide marketing team. In this role you will: Be an integral member of theGlobal Pricing& Business Insight team Lead the development ofproof-of-conceptpricing tools to support company performancemanagementand support driving implementation in the business Definevolume and pricePower BI dashboardsbased on stakeholder input; support drivingIT development and businessimplementation Provide pricing support forcommercial operations, including price actionsand the development andimplementation of anew pricing framework Partner with Senior Leadershiptodeliver business insights that supportstrategic business growth Analyse global customer dataand develop models, regression analyses, and ‘what if’ scenarios to support businessintelligenceand planning Develop visualization tools and narrative, for both internal and external stakeholders,to support business insights. PRICING OPERATIONS SUPPORT Provide deal supportthroughthedevelopmentof customerbusiness cases and customer value. Conduct in-depth analyses to address pricingand businesschallenges and opportunitiesfor our customers and support addressing those challenges with pricing and product selection. Develop pricing models to analyze potential pricing strategies and opportunities PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT Measure customer and regionalvolume, price, and margin performanceagainstKPIs and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Establishaforecastingmodeland processfor the Commercial team. Compare sales trends topreviousperiods anddeterminethe cause for decrease or increasefor senior and executive leadership Generate market-level price benchmarks andcorresponding performance trackingmechanisms STRATEGIC BUSINESS INSIGHTS Build volume, price, and revenue models to support strategic corporate projects Advance existing knowledge of sell-in and usage by customer Clarify stocking/de-stocking movements in channels. Utilize analytical skills toprovide insights to help solve business problems

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business/Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or similar.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral); other languages are a plus.
  • 10+ yrs experience in a pricing analyst, business intelligence analyst, or similar role. Previous consulting experience ispreferred.
  • Analytical anddemonstratedability to extract key business insights through data analysisand communicate at all levels within an organization.
  • Experience translating high level strategiesinto system and process requirements,throughto local execution.
  • Experience in implementation, creating reports,optimizingprocesses, training, implementing dashboards
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must to perform complex data analysis, create dynamic reports, automate tasks, and handle large datasets efficiently. Power Query experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to use the full breath of our corporate tools: Microsoft suite, SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce (or equivalent), Infor M3 (or equivalent).
  • Data analysis - excellent knowledge of analytical techniques to inspect and sort data into a useful format and to create reports and visualizations that help solve business problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills andknow-howto take available data and use analytical techniques to answer business questions and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is the corporate language. Other languages are a plus.
  • Detail-orientedself-starter who holds herself/himself accountable to exceed expectations, with curiosity and desire to continuously learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous consulting experience ispreferred.
  • SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, dataanalysisand integrationareaplus.
