About The Position

The Sr. Pricing Analyst is in a critical position within the PTx organization and is responsible for developing and executing pricing for the PTx OEM business on standard components and custom design work. This role is also key in the pricing benchmarking process to ensure the competitiveness of the PTx OEM pricing strategy. To achieve this, the job holder will need to work closely with all functions within PTx and the OEM-Business team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in pricing.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, awareness of B2B pricing levels, and the ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong coordination abilities, and a proven track record of strong collaboration across internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement pricing strategies for both standard components and custom designs within the PTx OEM business.
• Conduct regular benchmarking of OEM pricing to ensure competitiveness and optimize profit margins.
• Work closely with all PTx functions and the OEM Business team, especially OEM Key Accounts, to develop pricing with quick turnarounds to support sales goals.
• Maintain internal price lists, performing regular reviews and updates in collaboration with finance and forecasting teams.
• Provide crucial pricing information to support overall forecasting efforts.
