Join our dynamic Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team and play a pivotal role in driving profitable and sustainable growth across five key levers: Promotional Management Pricing & Price Pack Architecture (PPA) Trade Spend Optimization Trade Profitability & Profit Pool Analysis Active Mix Management As a Senior Price Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with the US RGM Lead to develop and implement high-impact strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize pricing, trade spend, and pack architecture across markets.

  • Partner with the US RGM Lead to build and support robust RGM strategies.
  • Lead deployment of Price, PPA, and Trade Spend initiatives across markets, including analytics, tooling (in collaboration with Data & Insights and Global RGM), and process development.
  • Drive performance management by ensuring customer plans align with RGM principles and deliver targeted business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a regular cadence of RGM reviews with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to identify, assess, and execute growth opportunities.
  • Analyze and recommend strategic Price Pack Architecture solutions tailored to the US market.
  • Collaborate with the Global RGM team to ensure the US team receives the necessary analytical tools, training, and support.
  • Interface regularly with US Field Sales, Sales Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Management or Revenue Growth Management, with a strong background in price modeling, elasticity, and scenario planning.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Solid understanding of P&L structures and commercial growth levers.
  • Deep knowledge of the CPG retail landscape, including pricing strategies, promotional planning, and trade terms optimization.
  • Proven experience in establishing new processes and ways of working.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
