About The Position

The Sr. Program Manager for Community Education within the Undiscovered Small Business Accelerator (USBA) at Amazon is responsible for developing and implementing educational events aimed at supporting Black-owned businesses through the Black Business Accelerator (BBA). This role focuses on creating experiential learning opportunities that foster networking and growth for participants, ensuring that educational objectives align with the needs of selling partners. Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
• 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining educational objectives and goals for BBA virtual and in-person experiences
• Manage relationships with the USBA marketing and seller engagement teams to ensure educational learning objectives are met during community events
• Design a content calendar connected to seasonal selling partner needs and USBA initiatives
• Identify and manage participants and stakeholders for educational event sessions
• Manage speaker logistics including invitations, coordination calls, travel, and budget
• Deliver post mortem event retrospective with data-driven analysis including attendee feedback and recommendations for future improvements
