About The Position

We are a leading supplier known for the highest standard of quality, cost competitiveness and innovation. Products coming out of the Goodyear Plant are used extensively in Aerospace. Our products and prints are used in applications including Aerospace and much more.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum one to two years of office administrative experience, preferably in production environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assist facility Plant Manager, management team and employees with performance of various administrative or other duties.
  • Receptionist duties including answering telephone and greeting and directing visitors.
  • Process paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, etc.
  • Data entry into office system(s); update system information; create, run and distribute reports.
  • Creation of correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, e-mails, documents, etc. as required.
  • Assist Plant Manager, as necessary, including interface with outside contacts, schedule maintenance, meeting and conference call set-up, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Create and maintain documents and files, including those related to Human Resources, Finance and/or other functions or departments, as needed.
  • Arrange schedules, set up meetings, arrange for travel, company events, etc. as required.
  • Assist with employee communications.
  • Purchase of office supplies and other items and working with vendor(s); contacting vendors for maintenance of office equipment and environs.
  • Administrative office support of operations functions, as needed.
  • Regular attendance.
  • Mail sorting and distribution.
  • Gather, review and enter time into attendance system.
  • Assist with gathering of safety data, summarization and communication to appropriate individuals.
  • Set up training for safety, and other required training, and maintain training records.
  • Record of Worker's Compensation information, and assist in submitting reports.
  • Enter P.O. for supplies, submit to vendor for e.g. office, lab, production, maintenance supplies, and run required reports; reconcile billing.
  • ERP system entry to close (cost) completed batches; Close out production packets after production has completed.
  • Assist new hires with onboarding and conduct orientation; work with terminated employees to communicate benefits and other pertinent information.
  • Arranging for shipping.
