With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners Daher Kodiak Aircraft is seeking a Production Planner to support our Production Control team in coordinating planning activities that meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives. This role is essential to maintaining production flow, ensuring parts availability, implementing configuration and schedule changes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, brings strong organizational and analytical skills, and collaborates effectively across teams to keep production on track.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning‑related role.
  • 3 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing or aerospace supply chain management strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems required; Vantage experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Comfortable working with Windows‑based systems and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, adaptable attitude in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement engineering revisions and issue work authorizations supporting production changes.
  • Support and improve parts availability to enhance productivity and meet mandated TAKT time increases.
  • Review production orders and processing schedules to evaluate inventory requirements, work procedures, capacity constraints, and time limitations.
  • Assist in developing performance tracking systems and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure the right parts, in the correct configuration, are available when needed.
  • Support and work in alignment with the Master Production Schedule.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • Manage day‑to‑day production scheduling, workflow coordination, and prioritization to support operational goals.
