About The Position

As a Sr Physical Therapist PRN with Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital, you will provide direct patient care through evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment, and reassessment. The Senior Therapist will utilize Physical Therapy procedures/modalities and techniques as ordered by the patients' Physician and set forth in the treatment plan. You will also work with students and assist in staff development, potentially evaluating other staff members.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) card.
• Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Minimum of at least 5 years' experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment, and reassessment.
• Utilize Physical Therapy procedures/modalities and techniques as ordered by the patients' Physician.
• Work with students and assist in staff development.
