The Sr. Phlebotomy Technician assists the supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the department. This position is responsible for accurately performing and processing Point of Care Testing (POC), venous and capillary blood collection from adults, infants, and children and all related functions.

Assist the supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the department.
Perform and process Point of Care Testing (POC).
Collect venous and capillary blood from adults, infants, and children.
Handle all related functions associated with blood collection.

Experience in phlebotomy and blood collection techniques.
Knowledge of Point of Care Testing (POC) procedures.
Ability to work varying shifts including rotational weekends.

Certification in phlebotomy.
Experience working in a healthcare setting.
