We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer with extensive expertise in Performance Management (ePerformance) to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Performance Management module across departments. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM technical and functional development experience, with a strong background in application design, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Fluid UI. This role will collaborate closely with HR functional teams, departmental stakeholders, and technical resources to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions within a decentralized ERP environment.
