About The Position

Must currently hold and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly. Oracle Government, Defense and Intelligence is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer who has a broad understanding of Oracle-based solutions, industry best practices, and technology designs. A successful candidate will operate independently to provide quality work products to our customers. Performs complex duties and tasks that leverage domain expertise to implement Oracle products and technology to provide value to our customers. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on intermediately complex customer engagements. Experience leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Experience performing requirements interpretation, translating customer needs into system development requirements and tasks. Cultivates and identifies business development opportunities and routinely works with Oracle leadership to expand customer support.
