About The Position

Join our Global People Solutions Team as a People Systems Analyst, where you'll design digital solutions that support QVC Group's global growth strategy. You'll play an important part in reimagining the way we work by optimizing our People Systems Technology, driving functional solutions, and enhancing the team member experience. Your contributions will be necessary for developing systems that strengthen our talent pipeline and support our global HR programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience directly configurating Workday including complex condition rules, advanced reporting, security design and platform administration.
  • 5+ years previous experience configuring Integrated Human Capital Systems (such as Workforce Planning, Learning Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or Timekeeping systems) such as ServiceNow HR, Kronos, PeopleSoft, and Cornerstone.
  • Experience defining solution options, providing estimates on effort and risk, and evaluating technical feasibility of complex problems.
  • Creativity and alternative thinking for developing solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience working with sensitive data in an Agile environment.
  • Experience within global teams or multiple brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global People Team to understand current processes and requirements to improve our People Systems Technology solutions - solving business issues and driving adoption.
  • Be a liaison between the Global People Solutions Team and partners.
  • Design and implement HRIS solutions that support the Global People Team- allowing important strategies and building on the People Solutions Roadmap, ensuring data integrity, business process design, security maintenance, and analyzing data flows for process improvement.
  • Guide functional solutions to strengthen the talent pipeline and team member/candidate experience.
  • Provide production support and maintenance and resolving system issues.
  • Create system configuration documentation and support end-user documentation to promote our Team Member Services team and self-service model.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends within the HR Technology platforms.
