We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager HR Business Partner to shape the future of our people, culture, and organizational performance. You'll play a key role in shaping and executing our people strategy to enable growth, scalability, and high performance. You will lead HR operations, performance management, learning & development, engagement initiatives and total rewards, while partnering closely with executives to translate business goals into people solutions. With a strong point of view and a collaborative mindset, you will help influence culture, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure our HR practices are compliant, equitable, and future-ready. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-growing, high-tech environments, brings structure to complexity, and is passionate about building systems and programs that enable people and the business to succeed together.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years of Human Resource leadership experience with proven results leading HR initiatives within a fast-paced, high-tech, growth environment, including responsibility for employee and organizational development.
  • L&D experience required - Design and deliver courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Extensive knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including HR regulations and compliance
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships to coach and influence leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong facilitation/presentation skills
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • High level of initiative and motivation to quickly resolve challenges
  • Ability to handle high volume in a high-paced environment
  • Professional, accountable, high-energy, and collaborative team player, yet the ability to work independently
  • Labor law knowledge - a great advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of key global people processes, including talent, performance management, engagement, and learning initiatives.
  • Advise, coach, and influence management on all things people-related, including: performance management, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development and scaling, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Actively educate and provide strategic solutions to the business on employee retention, performance management, conflict resolution, compensation, policy compliance, employment law, and separations.
  • Use HR analytics to improve talent and business capabilities and influence positive culture change. Serve as the HR expert for all employee relations matters, including compliance, performance management, policy interpretation, and coordination with other HR functional areas.
  • Support change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes.
  • Lead the design, governance, and execution of a competitive, equitable, and global compensation strategy, including job architecture, base pay, and incentive programs, that are locally compliant and aligned to company objectives.
  • Create and implement DEIB projects and company strategies that support organizational values and goals.
