A Day in the Life We are currently looking for a Senior Product Development Program Manager to join our Neuroscience Ear, Nose, and Throat operating unit. This position will be based onsite four days a week in Jacksonville, Florida, with the ability to work remotely one day a week. The Senior PD Program Manager is the leader of new product introduction (NPI) project core teams, accomplishing program objectives through matrixed employee teams. The PM is responsible for the strategic direction of the program, managing program/team performance through planning and execution, and communicating status. They lead teams comprised of individuals from Research and Development, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and other functions to drive successful development and commercialization of new products.
