About The Position

This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within assigned Lockheed Martin Business Units, as well as general payroll support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the Lockheed Martin Employee Service Center. Support will entail administration within various time recording systems. Performing time adjustments in LM People. Maintaining holiday schedules. Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions. System training and testing when system changes occur. Weekly reporting and audit support. Complete required tasks independently.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Payroll principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Time and Attendance principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Wage and Hour Compliance requirements
  • Proven effective Customer Service skills
  • Proven effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated effective Analytical skills
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications

  • Experience with Lockheed Martin Tempo timekeeping system
  • Experience with MYTIMECARD timekeeping system
  • Experience with SAP CATS timekeeping system
  • Experience with Shop Floor System timekeeping solutions
  • Experience with LM People Payroll System
  • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Labor and Time Recording Policy and Procedures
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a virtual team
