This position will provide time and attendance support to employees within assigned Lockheed Martin Business Units, as well as general payroll support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer service by responding to employee inquiries via various sources such as resource email accounts, help desk, phone calls and employee inquiries to the Lockheed Martin Employee Service Center. Support will entail administration within various time recording systems. Performing time adjustments in LM People. Maintaining holiday schedules. Prorating holiday hour entitlements and weekly Gate Waiver exceptions. System training and testing when system changes occur. Weekly reporting and audit support. Complete required tasks independently.
