The Sr. Payroll Analyst will manage the payroll taxes for the US and Canada. This position is an onsite located in Oklahoma City. The salary for this position begins at $75,000 annually.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in payroll taxes or payroll
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS, Payroll, and CRM software, required
• Proficiency in MS Office, required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task using multiple systems and applications
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax payroll wire transfer requests for all US payroll cycles, including balancing, and month end journal entry.
• Quarterly tax processing with ADP for US and Canada.
• Submit Multiple Worksite reports quarterly.
• Annual communications to Hertz employees for W2 home address, state EITC notifications, W-4 Exemption reset, etc.
• Oversee service vehicles for year-end reporting.
• Year-end tax processing with ADP for the US includes adjustments, tax filings, reporting, W2s, etc.
• Year-end tax processing with ADP for Canada includes adjustments, tax filings, reporting, T4's, RL-1s, etc.
• Respond to payroll tax-related questions, audit requests, Salesforce cases, legal requests, etc.
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll by keeping information confidential.
• Document ADP payroll tax related processes and updates as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to payroll taxes.
• Assist functional HR teams with identifying and articulating enhancements, new systems implementation, or data interfaces.
• Prepare requirements documentation and test plans for any changes, reports and/or employee data interfaces needed.
• Assist functional HR groups with executing the test plans.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
