About The Position

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the processing of the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls and other miscellaneous duties that pertain to the payroll and payroll tax area. Research and resolve discrepancies with employee earnings, deductions and all other payroll payments. Works closely with respective divisions and assist division personnel with payroll and system related issues. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work a must. Submit ACH information for employee payments as DD. Oversees the assigned division's payroll process to ensure all reports and journals are in balance for posting GL. Responsible for garnishment processing as needed. Position requires overtime on payroll processing days.
