Requirements

  • 7+ years in partner management and driving successful partnerships with strategic technology and solutions partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics.
  • Strong networking skills and well-connected at all levels.
  • Solid prior knowledge of engagement with partners to promote SaaS products.
  • Communicative, looking for growth and generating pipeline.
  • Independent and results-oriented work style.
  • Ability to initiate change and think strategically within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong team player with a focus on collaboration.
  • Positive presence and responsibility for partner and Contentstack mutual success.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner relationships in your territory from ensuring a seamless onboarding to increasing market awareness with the marketing team.
  • Develop joint plans with large strategic commerce partners (SAP, Salesforce, Shopify) and monitor and track progress against agreed metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to build joint solutions with partners and take ownership for taking these to market.
  • Act as the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert in support of go-to-market and sales activity.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, operations, and marketing to optimize existing partner sales processes.
  • Provide guidance and strategic advice to partners, clients, and account teams around partner growth strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners.
  • Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Manage all administrative activities related to partnerships in your region.
  • Create and execute against a sound go-to-market strategy for your region.
  • Track performance through goals, OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.
