The Sr Manager of Partner Program Success & Compliance will design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive partner compliance strategy that aligns with global program expectations, regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to ensure all partner programs and partner activities comply with legal, financial, and ethical standards, while managing due diligence, risk assessments, training, and monitoring for ongoing compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (partner programs, Sales, Legal, Compliance & Integrity, Global Partner Operations) to integrate compliance into the partner lifecycle.
  • Ensure program and partner activity alignment with global regulatory standards.
  • Drive internal and external visibility toward achievement of partner program requirements.
  • Ensure strategic partner agreements are aligned to bookings and compliance standards.
  • Act as the first line point of contact for partner-related compliance issues, including audits, risk management, due diligence, and partner program exceptions.
  • Manage ongoing risk mitigation program efforts, including periodic compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Communicate updates to program and policy expectations via new and existing methods to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for additional compliance related training and enablement for internal teams and external partners.
  • Establish compliance tracking systems, investigate violations, and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Report on partner compliance risks, trends, and corrective actions to senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk and contract management within a partner ecosystem, preferably within SaaS or technology.
  • Experience in partner/vendor due diligence and compliance program management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and educate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience managing partner programs and partner relationships within a SaaS/software company.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and partner risk management frameworks across subject matter areas such as ethics and compliance, privacy, data, and security preferred.
  • Knowledge of third-party security and data protection requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite productivity and collaboration tools, and Salesforce.com.
  • MBA a plus.
