A key aspect of this position is to establish a clear vision and strategy for the dealer cooperative advertising program, ensuring it aligns with the overarching business goals. In this role, the manager will create and lead the deployment of channel marketing campaigns, developing detailed briefs and overseeing execution across the marketing team. A critical responsibility includes determining optimal audience segmentation that aligns with business priorities, which will serve as the foundation for effective campaign execution. The manager will build a behavior-based partner segmentation schema and contact strategy aimed at increasing engagement and generating incremental sales on high-value products and top business priorities. The position also requires continuous analysis of competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies effectively. Building strong relationships with channel partners is essential to gain a deep understanding of their needs and how these align with our business priorities. The manager will measure and communicate the effectiveness of programs and campaigns against business goals, driving improvements based on insights gained from these evaluations. Additionally, the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager will oversee web store administration and utilization to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI), which includes inventory management, SKU rationalization, and fulfillment, while providing vendor oversight. Managing all aspects of the dealer cooperative advertising program is also a key responsibility, which includes enhancing the digital platform experience, developing and adhering to program guidelines, and overseeing asset development and vendor management. Collaboration across functions is crucial to uncover cost savings and media optimization opportunities, with the manager making recommendations for improvements. Metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) must be identified for all activities to ensure alignment with business priorities. The manager will own and manage relationships with webstore and cooperative vendors, ensuring they meet business requirements and tracking performance through quarterly reviews and scorecards. Budget management is another critical aspect of this role, as the manager will plan, manage, and track annual budgets for various programs. Compliance with health and safety guidelines is mandatory, and the manager is responsible for ensuring compliance across their teams. Protecting the Chamberlain Group's reputation by maintaining confidentiality of information is also a key responsibility.
