Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development — ideally with a focus on cloud, data, and supply chain.
  • Proven success building and managing high-impact GTM partnerships in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience selling or enabling solutions in Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing, with a strong understanding of supply chain use cases like demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and supplier risk.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Technical fluency with data platforms, AI, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a forward-thinking partner strategy focused on innovative ISVs in supply chain and risk intelligence.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, unlock new revenue streams, and bring to life powerful, industry-relevant solutions that create real customer impact.
  • Cultivate strong, executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Snowflake's sales, product, marketing, and industry teams to design and execute compelling go-to-market programs.
  • Drive accountability by tracking partner success metrics, revenue outcomes, and customer impact.
  • Manage the full lifecycle — from partner recruitment and onboarding to pipeline acceleration and deal closure.
