ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Sr. Partner Account Manager to join the Plum Team! Individual reports to Director, Partner Account Management. Role is remote. Your usual day of awesomeness includes collaborating with Plum leadership on additional revenue opportunities, managing Partner Account Managers, tracking partner forecasting and partner setup/onboarding metrics, and managing improvement of those metrics. Responsibilities include increasing the percentage of partner forecasts received and the accuracy of those forecasts, decreasing the time needed to onboard and launch partners, and identifying areas of opportunity for process improvement. General account management tasks include partner setup/onboarding, forecasting, monitoring distribution and compliance, product discussions, business reviews, and relationship building. You will coordinate activities and onboarding projects between partners and internal teams, conduct regularly scheduled communications with customers, collaborate closely with Plum GM and VP, schedule quarterly business reviews, work with the Technical Account Manager, generate reporting, train partners, and maintain confidentiality.
