Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership and Requirements Elicitation: Build relationships and drive engagement with business users in the Finance, Operations and Wholesale business teams, developing an end-to-end understanding of the business models and use cases that the Oracle implementation needs to execute against. Collaborate with Technology leaders to define system specifications and integration strategies. System Design and Implementation: Draft functional specification documents, configuration rationales and source-to-target maps based on analysis of Oracle systems and adjacent applications. Configure Oracle solutions to deliver target functionality. Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead conference room pilot testing for specified areas of the solution, lead integration testing efforts for specified areas of the solution, partnering with business users in the function. Data and Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools to provide actionable insights. Partner with colleagues in the Technology function to drive solutions for the holistic needs of the business.
