About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of Oracle Cloud Financials and RMCS implementations, optimizations, and support. This role is critical to ensuring the effective integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions with our business processes to meet financial and revenue management objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with a strong focus on RMCS.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM), Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), and hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle Cloud customization tools, and system integrations.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Revenue Management Cloud Service preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and RMCS, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, operations, and IT, to define and refine requirements and system configurations.
  • Analyze and document existing finance and revenue management processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Provide recommendations for improving system utilization, streamlining workflows, and aligning Oracle Fusion functionality with business objectives.
  • Design and implement best practices for Oracle Cloud Financials and RMCS to support effective financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and RMCS, providing guidance to the team and troubleshooting complex system issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for any issues in Oracle Cloud applications and coordinate resolution efforts with Oracle Support or internal teams as necessary.
  • Drive regular system audits, updates, and enhancements to maintain optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users, ensuring the organization has the necessary knowledge and resources to utilize the system effectively.
  • Support change management efforts by communicating changes in processes, features, or updates to the Oracle Cloud Financials/RMCS modules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all configurations and workflows within Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure secure access controls, data privacy, and audit requirements are met.
