The Senior Oracle Applications Developer is primarily responsible for designing and implementing new ERP-related applications, as well as supporting and enhancing existing solutions using Oracle Developer, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and other MIS development tools. This role also involves working closely with business analysts, IT teams, consultants, and Oracle Support to diagnose and resolve production issues within the Oracle ERP system. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, effective troubleshooting abilities, and expertise in programming and unit testing. Additionally, exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential-particularly in documenting technical designs and methodologies.
