Expertise in email programs and audience segmentation is a must in order to lead A/B testing within campaigns, and other optimizations. Managing marketing technology: Assist in managing the Marketing Technology stack, which includes tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, Qualified, and others. Ensure that these tools are integrated and working properly, and they help to troubleshoot any problems that arise. Tracking and measuring marketing metrics: Provide insight on performance of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify what's working and what's not, and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely and communicate effectively with marketing, sales, sales operations, and many, many others, to ensure that marketing campaigns are successful. Work to understand the needs of each team and to find ways to make marketing campaigns more effective.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Marketo experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Time management & Organizational Skills
  • Program Management tools (JIRA)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & GSuite
