Responsible for performing the administrative functions for any or all hub and station operational areas in reference to the Next Generation Staffing (NGS) including but not limited to), Employee Roster Management Application (ERMA), the ERMA Dashboard, MySchedule , including reporting and the MySchedule Dashboard. Serves as a customer's first line of contact for a variety of issues. May also provide clerical and administrative functions for any or all hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, quality assurance, customer service and human resources.
