Requirements

  • 0–3+ years in dispatch, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution (transportation/route coordination experience a plus).
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and support front‑line teams.
  • Working knowledge of TMS/dispatch tools, basic Excel/Sheets, and comfort with dashboards and KPIs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse and/or transportation operations, ensuring all customer requirements and production schedules are met.
  • Lead, train, and support hourly associates, promoting a positive work environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Monitor labor, workflow, and equipment usage to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
  • Communicate with customer contacts, drivers, leadership, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Track KPIs, complete shift reports, and escalate operational concerns as needed.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Assist with staffing needs, attendance tracking, time approvals, and performance conversations.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and cost reduction.
  • Maintain facility organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
