We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving of hardware, and RMA. Your exceptional communication skills and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications or an MBA is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics processes, and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Shopify; proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex logistics challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance across all logistics operations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring seamless integration from receipt through processing, shipment, billing, and archiving.
  • Implement and refine logistics strategies to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Lead the management of customer return requests, including tracking, disposition, and processing of credits or RMAs, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure all customer documentation requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to order status, shipments, invoices, returns, quotations, and company policies.
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with internal departments such as Technical Support, Accounting, and Sales to resolve issues and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory while minimizing excess and obsolete stock, aligning with supply chain best practices.
  • Generate and analyze reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms to evaluate and enhance supplier service and quality performance.
