Responsibilities The Senior Operations Manager is accountable for execution excellence across i2G Systems’ most complex and mission-critical security programs. This role provides operational guidance spanning proposal review, risk management, project execution, resource planning, financial performance, and customer engagement. The position partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Field Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure projects are executable, compliant, profitable, and delivered to the highest standards. Who This Role Is For:This position is intended for a seasoned operations leader with 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise electronic security systems in demanding environments. You are decisive, technically fluent, and comfortable leading through complexity and ambiguity. You set the standard for discipline, professionalism, and performance—and expect the same from your teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, project management, or field delivery within an electronic security or systems integration environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and integrated security platforms
  • Demonstrated success in proposal review, estimating accuracy, and operational risk management
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex programsStrong financial acumen with experience managing margins and operational KPI

Responsibilities

  • Sponsor and support end-to-end delivery of electronic security programs from contract handoff through commissioning and close-out
  • Provide expert guidance on complex projects, escalations, and recovery efforts
  • Ensure safety, quality, schedule, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives are consistently achieved
  • Enforce standardized project controls, documentation, and reporting disciplines
  • Monitor and drive performance against key metrics including margin, labor utilization, schedule adherence, and change management
  • Conduct operational review of proposals and awards for contractual compliance, scope accuracy, pricing integrity, and execution assumptions
  • Identify and mitigate technical, financial, schedule, compliance, and resource risks prior to project kickoff
  • Validate constructability and execution strategy in partnership with Sales and Engineering
  • Monitor to ensure licensing, permitting, bonding, and regulatory requirements are met across all jurisdictions
  • Translate bid assumptions into executable, accountable project plans
  • Apply deep systems-level knowledge to challenge designs, scope assumptions, and execution strategies
  • Serve as a technical authority during complex problem resolution and customer escalations
  • Ensure designs and execution approaches align with real-world field conditions and operational constraints
  • Forecast workforce and capacity requirements based on backlog and pipeline demand
  • Align labor, materials, equipment, logistics, and subcontractors to support execution priorities
  • Proactively mitigate supply chain, staffing, and schedule risks
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable regional operations and project teams
  • Establish clear performance expectations and drive a culture of ownership and results
  • Promote safety, operational discipline, financial accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Support pre-sales efforts with operational and technical input that increases win probability and execution confidence
  • Engage directly with customers to manage escalations, resolve issues, and strengthen long-term relationships
  • Identify follow-on opportunities through execution excellence and trusted customer partnerships
  • Set execution priorities and performance targets aligned with company objectives
  • Deliver clear, executive-level reporting on project health, financial performance, risk exposure, and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards
