About The Position

Self-motivated Black Belt or Master Black Belt to identify, inspire, and implement Night Vision strategic initiatives around customers, employees, financials, and business processes.

Requirements

• PMP/PMI Certification or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Bachelor of Science degree or an Engineering Degree, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading lean/six sigma projects
• 5 years Certified in Lean Six Sigma as a Black Belt
• Strong background in statistics
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplined project teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Night Vision departments and third-party entities as necessary to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continual improvement
• Responsibilities include Initiative ownership, project identification and qualification, reporting success metrics, incorporating best practices, and effectively communicating Night Vision improvements
• Leading major enterprise-level Lean and Six Sigma projects, mentoring Black Belt candidates, and training Green Belts
