About The Position

The Sr. Operational Excellence Analyst at Honeywell Intelligrated is responsible for driving business process improvements and supporting program execution to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing and refining business processes, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies, and leading initiatives to achieve organizational goals in value streams and working capital management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Five years of experience in financial data compilation, ROI analysis, project management, and metrics management.
• Two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading large scale transformation project management with a proven track record.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with five years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine program analyzing skills within an integrated business transformation team.
• Support program baseline and execution to measure success of value streams and Order to Cash goals.
• Define problems and build functional teams to document and map 'As-Is' business processes.
• Utilize Six Sigma tools to identify undesirable observations and analyze data using Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Test and analyze to prove or deny hypotheses, perform fit/gap analysis, and conduct Cost Savings/ROI Analysis.
• Prepare UDO Prioritization & Execution Plan and 'To-Be' process maps.
• Drive control plans, communication and training plans, and process improvement metrics.
• Lead business process improvement initiatives and align priorities with leadership while reporting progress.
• Train and guide teammates and new hires towards Six Sigma certification.
