The 1LMX Deployment Center of Excellence is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Change Coordinator to support our Operational Change Management team. What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operational Change Leads, ensuring that all changes are properly documented, tracked, and communicated to stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our change management process and ensuring that all changes are implemented efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities include the following: 1. Change Management Administration: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of changes, including change requests, assessments, and approvals. Ensuring that all changes are properly documented and tracked in our change management system. 2. Change Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinating with technical teams to schedule changes and ensure that all necessary resources are available. Developing and maintaining change schedules and calendars. 3. Communication and Notification: Communicating change plans and status to stakeholders, including application owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change management process. 4. Change Reporting and Metrics: Developing and maintaining reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change management process. Providing regular updates to Change Managers and other stakeholders on change management performance. 5. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the change management process and suggesting changes to the Change Managers. Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements. 6. Compliance and Governance: Ensuring that all changes comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate and complete records of changes, including documentation and audit trails. 7. Support and Training: Providing support and training to Change Managers and other stakeholders on the use of change management tools and processes. Assisting in the development and maintenance of change management documentation and training materials. Further Information About This Opportunity: While this role is fully remote, occasional travel may be required (~1-4x year)
