About The Position

As a Senior OMS Developer, this is a crucial role in designing and developing technical solutions on the Manhattan Active Omni platform. The role requires expertise in system integration, AI-driven solutions, and JavaScript development to deliver scalable and efficient order management capabilities. Collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management is key to driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration of systems. Requirements

• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Retail Merchandising, or related technical field.
• 5+ years' experience in a Technical, Business or Systems Analyst role.
• 5+ years of experience with Manhattan Associates Order Management System (OMS).
• 3+ years of experience using SOAP UI and Postman.
• First hand knowledge of XML/XSLT, JSON and HTTP concepts.
• Experience in retail and an in-depth knowledge of retail business processes.
• Ability to create clear, structured and effective documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and working knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions on the Manhattan Active Omni platform.
• Master programming languages such as JavaScript and Java.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to ensure the use of best practices.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance the OMS platform, driving predictive analytics and process optimization.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to design and integrate machine learning models within the OMS ecosystem.
• Analyze complex problems and break them down into manageable components.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate tasks effectively across multiple projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers.
• Optimize order management workflows, including distributed order management, ship-from-store, and BOPIS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, providing day-to-day support and improvements.
• Embrace new tools, languages, and frameworks as needed.
