About The Position

As a Senior Offering Management Lead for Building Automation within the BMS division at Honeywell, you will be a key driver of the BA Connected Strategy for the Vertical Offerings , with a strong focus on BMS channel partners and Enterprise and Service Upsell sales . Your role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the strategy for our cloud-based offerings, ensuring alignment with the BA focus verticals. You will report directly to Connected Offerings Portfolio Director. As a valued colleague at Honeywell, you will also contribute to the development and support of our employees, fostering an inclusive culture and driving change across the organization. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of our business by driving the BA Connected Strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering/R&D, marketing, sales, IT and operations, to ensure the successful development and launch of innovative products and solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in offering/product management, preferably in the Building Automation industry.
  • Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and the Building Automation market.
  • Good understanding of new technologies like cloud computing, AI/ ML
  • Proven track record of driving product innovation and successful product launches.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • End to End ownership of the Vertical Specific Offerings for Hospitality & Healthcare for the BMS Channels and HBS Direct business including owning the revenue commitments aligned with the product roadmap
  • Monitor and ensure performance against key business metrics, including Orders and Revenue targets , and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap , prioritizing features and investments based on maximum ROI for customers and market trends with high focus on AI technology adoption within the applications
  • Drive all commercialization activities for the Chanell and Direct business, ensuring offerings are market-ready and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Gather and integrate feedback from channel partners, HON sales and HBS service teams into the product development lifecycle to enhance offering relevance and performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering/R&D, IT, software development, sales, and marketing to drive innovation and ensure successful product development and launches.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution , ensuring alignment across all stakeholder groups.
  • Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
