About The Position

Directs the nursing care provided to patients in multiple procedural settings. Maintains standards of service excellence and nursing practice. Develops evidence based policies, procedures, and work processes to ensure provision of quality patient care. Responsible for staffing, budget, control of expenses, continuing development and education of staff and managers, performance improvement, and human resource management. Supervises, evaluates, guides and counsels nursing leadership staff in their work performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing Required
• PA Registered Nurse License Required
• Basic Life Support Required
• 3 years experience in a clinical leadership role Required
• 7 years experience as an RN in a clinical specialty area Required

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree Nursing or Healthcare related field Preferred or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
• National certification in Nursing or Healthcare related specialty preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Preferred
