About The Position
As a Senior training instructor for the Fleet Engineering Program, you will be tasked with coordinating training program requirements, scheduling and supporting Program and/or Curriculum Review Committee meetings, developing meeting agendas based on training program requirements, gathering and presenting supporting training data for the Program/Curriculum Review Committee, assigning and tracking action items, identifying training program problems to management for resolution, developing and implementing resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items, maintaining training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements, and preparing and presenting typical Nuclear Training Materials consistent with the Systematic Approach to Training.
