Our experts are responsible for integrated weapon system management, from inception to retirement. Nuclear hardness is defined as the ability of a system or any of its elements to withstand exposure to one or more effects of a hostile nuclear environment. As a Senior Nuclear Hardness Electrical Engineer, you will work on a high-performing team to provide engineering, technical, and administrative expertise to the government in the areas of nuclear hardness, nuclear survivability, and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) in accordance with requirements detailed in Department of Defense, United States Strategic Command, and Air Force directives, manuals and instructions, ensuring the Minuteman III (MM III) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system weapon system remains a reliable and effective nuclear deterrent.
