Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical engineer.
- PMI Certification is required
- People management and experience on leadership
- Master's degree in Project management (MBA), Business Administration (MBA) or specialization in Operations Management.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in related to electronic industries.
- 5+ years of experience in new product introduction, continues improvement process and Project Manager role.
- Proven leadership and management of cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English and desired Spanish.
