As a senior Full Stack engineer on the platform team, you will be responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of components that support client's suite of real-time support products, including our internal and external API, authentication schemes, platform security, data storage/analytics, and third party service integrations. The focus of this role is on the integration of client’s products and services with external platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and others software.
