About The Position

As a Sr Strategic & New Product Introduction (NPI) Marketing Manager here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will work within our Thermal and Assembly Solutions business to develop new markets and lead new product introductions from early market discovery through launch and first‑year growth. You will own the definition, commercialization readiness, and early performance of new products —ensuring products are customer‑validated, financially sound, and launch‑ready. The role also includes identifying high value market opportunities, driving partner engagement, shaping strategic direction, and advancing adoption of Solstice’s advanced materials and technology solutions. You will operate at the intersection of market strategy, technical development, and commercialization, partnering with R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Marketing to bring differentiated solutions to market in the advanced packaging ecosystem. This role can be located in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area or Morris Plains, NJ. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sustained growth and profitability
  • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and peer analysis
  • Analyze customer data to extract insights, translate findings into strategic direction, and develop compelling executive level presentations
  • Develop market sizing and segmentation analyses, clearly defining serviceable and addressable markets. Create quantified, segment‑specific value propositions
  • Assess existing and emerging markets (roadmaps), leveraging complex market analysis to identify trends, competitive shifts, and growth opportunities
  • Understand electronics industry dynamics and emerging customer needs
  • Lead structured market discovery efforts for all assigned NPIs, including pre‑discovery workshops with cross‑functional teams
  • Assess value chain dynamics, customer use cases, business risks, and opportunity sizing
  • Prioritize unknowns and risks and advance qualified opportunities through early discovery gates
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry experts to validate unmet needs and solution fit
  • Integrate and prioritize products and programs into a cohesive investment portfolio aligned with risk, ROI, and long-term strategy
  • Build pricing and value calculators and validate value drivers with customers prior to launch
  • Own assigned NPI programs through the stage‑gate development process, ensuring disciplined execution and alignment
  • Drive launch readiness by coordinating technical, commercial, and operational requirements well in advance of launch, develop launch plans, messaging, sales enablement tools, and collateral
  • Enable Sales teams with clear positioning, competitive insights, and value‑based selling tools
  • Manage NPI performance through the first 1-2 years post‑launch, ensuring a successful hand‑off to Product Management
