Responsible for providing commercial leadership and overseeing the development and implementation of commercialization strategies for assigned therapeutic areas. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, oversees comprehensive commercial planning, provides strategic leadership to development teams, contributes to market intelligence, leads commercial development, creates brand plans, conducts customer insight generation, collaborates internally, and works closely with senior core team leads and stakeholders to ensure commercial success. Additionally, this position will be responsible for monitoring competitive therapies to inform decision-making and strengthen product candidate profiles.
