Sr. Network Technician
About The Position
Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is searching for a Senior Network Technician in support of our recently awarded contract in support of the Department of State. Our position requires extensive international travel to various US embassies and consulates around the world providing Wi-Fi Survey and Wi-Fi Installation services, including: 1. Overseeing, monitoring, and responding to complex hardware, software, and network problems using a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. 2. Providing primary interface with contractor’s technical support groups or provides internal analysis and support to ensure appropriate notification during outages or periods of degraded system performance. 3. Providing LAN server support. Requires extensive knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware and software in multi-protocol environment and network management software. 4. May function as task lead providing guidance and training for less experienced technicians.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
- Extensive international travel
